Download PetsRWise from the App Store or Google Play and register in the app. This website introduces our products and services.
Are services available in my city?
Check the app for professionals and services in your area before requesting a booking.
How does Smart ID work?
Scanning the tag’s QR code opens your pet’s profile and contact options. If you already have a tag, follow the instructions displayed when scanning it. It does not provide GPS tracking.
Where can I shop and check orders?
Visit shop.petsrwise.com. The catalog, delivery terms and purchase management are available in the shop.
I lost or found a pet. What should I do?
Use Reencuentro to publish or browse reports. If the pet has a QR tag, scan it to see contact options.
For professionals
Download PartnersIs Partners a separate app?
Yes. PetsRWise is the app for families and PetsRWise Partners is the app for service providers. Each has its own download links.
How do I register as a provider?
Download PetsRWise Partners, complete your profile and submit the requested information for review. Once approved, you can manage requests in the app.
How can my clinic join?
Visit Clinical and contact the team. The model includes free access to core clinical tools. We will explain the scope and availability for your clinic.
Can my store or business participate?
Contact us through the partners section on the Partners page. We will review collaboration opportunities based on your activity and location.
